Your site goes live within 14 days of our kick-off visit, or you don't pay a penny until it does. If we're waiting on something from you, the clock pauses and we'll tell you straight away.

Before your new site launches, we measure your calls and enquiries for 30 days. If you're not getting more enquiries in your fourth month than in that starting month, we keep working on your site and SEO for free until you are.
Ownership
Your site is yours. Cancel after your minimum term and we'll hand over everything, or move it to your own hosting, free of charge.
Guarantee terms in full
14-day launch guarantee
- The 14 days start on the day of the kick-off visit.
- The clock pauses while we're waiting on anything we've asked you for (approvals, logins, access to your domain or Google Business Profile). We'll tell you in writing when it pauses and when it restarts.
- If we miss the deadline, no monthly fee is charged until the site is live.
Results guarantee
- Applies to the Growth and Dominate plans.
- Enquiries means phone calls and form submissions tracked through the call tracking and forms we set up.
- The starting figure is measured over the 30 days before launch.
- You need to keep the call tracking numbers and forms in place, and keep your Google Business Profile connected.
- If month four enquiries are not higher than the starting month, we continue all plan work at no monthly charge until they are.
Ownership
- After your minimum term, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- On cancellation we hand over the site files or migrate the site to your own hosting at no charge.
- Upgrading or downgrading your plan does not restart your minimum term. The original minimum term from your signup date always applies, whatever plan changes happen later.

Why is there a minimum term?
It covers the cost of building your site. After that, every plan is rolling monthly and you can leave whenever you want.
What happens if I cancel?
After your minimum term, the site is yours. We'll hand over everything or move it to your own hosting, free.
What do I need to do?
Very little. We visit you for photos and a 30-minute chat, write all the copy, build the site and send it for your approval.
How quickly will it be live?
Within 14 days of our kick-off visit, or you don't pay until it is.
How does the results guarantee work?
